From the moment you meet with Dr. Marshall, you can expect him to listen to your needs in great detail and only recommend services that would benefit your smile and oral health. Your First Visit
When you call our office, we’ll help you get your appointment scheduled as well as take note of your specific needs. This will give our office time to prepare for your visit. After you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our front desk and introduced either to the hygienist (if you need a cleaning) or Dr. Marshall if you need a new patient exam. If you need an exam, a dental assistant will explain your needs and then you’ll have a discussion with Dr. Marshall from there. He’ll capture intraoral pictures, X-rays, and perform an oral cancer screening. If additional treatment is needed, he’ll explain his recommendations so you can make an informed decision on your future care.

The more we can get to know about you ahead of your dental appointment, the more efficient and effective your new patient experience will be. For this reason, we’ve included new patient forms on our website so you can easily download, print, and complete them before heading to our office. Just remember to bring them with you to your first appointment to save time during your check-in process!
